RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. Advance payment for reservation : the amount representing a third of the rental price.
Entered to : SCI MAJONG - BANK SOCIETE GENERALE - VENCE.
N° International : IBAN - FR 76 30003 01502 00020611756 21 ( SWIFT : SOGEFRPP).

2. The rest of the rent to be paid on arrival.

3. A deposit/guarantee of an amount of 200 € on arrival by credit card or bank-notes; these will be returned uncashed on departure after routine verification of good condition of the apartment.

4. Local tax of 0,90 € per person and per day.

5. If requested, house linen available: 2 bed sheets, 2 pillow-cases, 2 bath towels, 2 towels, 1 bath-rug, 2 tea-cloths. Weekly rent 20 €.

6. Arrival time : Saturday between 3 p.m and 8 p.m. Please, be so kind to inform us on your expected time of arrival..
Departure: Saturday, before 10 a.m.

7. Thanks for leaving the place as clean as you found it on your arrival. If you would rather not clean the apartment by your self, please, let us know beforehand. We will charge you for a fee of 24 €, for the whole cleaning.
